“No excuses, just G.S.D.! (Get “Stuff” Done)”
Danielle Dionne has served as the Managing Director of CrossFit Balance since 2009, where she initiated the development, staffing, and growth of the program, and oversees CrossFit at all three Balance locations. She seeks to encourage a strong, supportive, and friendly community at Balance, based upon effective and engaging coaching and programming. Danielle brings more than a decade of experience to CrossFit Balance, as well as a diverse perspective gained as a competitive athlete in a variety of sports, including rugby, swimming, boxing, equestrian, and running. After graduating from Gettysburg College, she sought an ideal program to supplement her rugby training. "I wanted to play rugby, lift heavy weights, box, and run a marathon all at once. It was exhausting trying to find a strength and conditioning program that supported all of these endeavors, until I found CrossFit."
Danielle placed 37th in the 2009 CrossFit Games, and has competed in the CrossFit Regionals up until this past year. She also worked as a Legal Intern for CrossFit Headquarters, and holds a JD from the University of the District of Columbia's David A. Clarke School of Law.
