Carmen has been a successful certified personal trainer for 15 years and loves her job. She welcomes men and women of all ages and fitness levels.

She specializes, and has extensive experience, in injury prevention/management; post-rehabilitation conditioning; functional training; strength training; pregnancy; weight-loss/management; core conditioning, balance and flexibility.

Carmen is happy to pass on to each one of her clients her dedication and passion for health and fitness through fun, effective, specific exercise programs, and strong motivational techniques. The focus during each session is to work effectively and safely toward the goals set up in order to get the results wanted. In the process, she wants her clients to have fun, learn, and realize of their fitness potential in order to feel good and live a healthier life-style.
