Membership Billing
All cancellation or freeze requests MUST BE EMAILED to
billing@balancegym.com and all subsequent documentation must be completed in order to finalize your cancellation. If an email requesting to cancel membership is sent at least 2 business days prior to your billing date, you will not be assessed any additional charges. If notice is not provided within 2 business days of your billing cycle, you will be charged one-month’s dues and have access to the facility for your remaining 60 days. Annual Membership Cancellation

If you have an injury that prevents you from partaking in physical activity, you may cancel your membership at no charge. Documentation from a doctor is required.
If you move more than 3 miles from any Balance Gym locations, you may cancel your membership at no charge. Documentation in the form of a lease or mortgage is required.
If you would like to cancel your annual membership for any other reason and you have not met the time commitment of your membership, you will be charged a one-time $99 cancellation fee.
Prepaid Final Month
We cannot apply your prepaid final month to a billing date that occurred prior to the date of your cancellation request.
If we process your cancellation request prior to your billing date, you will not incur additional charges. If we do not process your cancellation request prior to your billing date, we will issue a refund once it is processed.

How to Cancel Your CrossFit/Balance Burn Membership
CrossFit/BalanceBurn
CrossFit and BalanceBurn member do not prepay their final billing cycle
All CrossFit and BalanceBurn cancellation requests require 30-day notice, If 30-day notice is provided during the billing cycle, the final month’s payment will be prorated to reflect the 30-days from the the point of cancellation and the remaining balance will be refunded.
All CrossFit and BalanceBurn members under 4,6, or 12 month contracts require documentation of an injury that prevents you from partaking in physical activity or a move more than 3 miles from any Balance Gym locations. If you are canceling your membership prior to fulfilling your contract, you will be billed 30% of the remaining balance of your term not to exceed $225.
How to Freeze Your Membership
Membership Freeze
Freezes must be in conjunction with your billing cycle and last month-long periods. All freeze notifications must be given 7 days prior to your membership billing date. Your membership will automatically unfreeze at the end of the specified freeze period.
