“Some people may try to discourage you. Sometimes it may be necessary to remove the negative influence in your life in order to achieve your goals. It can be hard sometimes, but you have to be strong for yourself before you can be strong for those around you.”

Michael Threadgill draws on his sports background and education to create comprehensive workout programs designed to enhance functional everyday movements.

Sports have always been a part of Michael's life - from lifting his father's dumbbells, playing Little League Sports, and designing his own strength programs to improve as a multi-sport athlete in high school.

Michael played football at the University of Maryland, where he also discovered martial arts - practicing judo, kenpo, and tae kwon do to improve his flexibility. Michael enjoys biomechanics and physiology, and is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine and is a CrossFit Level 1 coach. "I push for a balanced approach to eating in order to push the body to perform at the peak genetic level of each individual person I work with. I train each person to perform the best at whatever task they have requested once a strong foundation has been built."
